We are totally independant from any builder and our qualified inspectors will carry out a full snagging inspection report on your property with full follow up service.

OUR SERVICES
We provide you with a detailed snagging report for you, the builder and your solicitor within 48 hours of the visit to your property.

All defects will be listed in the report to enable you and the builder to rectify all problems.

Although you are not required to visit with us for the purpose of the snagging it is recommended, although we understand that this is not always possible, and therefore we are more than happy to carry out the snagging visit on your behalf.

The price per inspection is based on the location and size of the property to be inspected but start at €250 (+ IVA) which includes a second follow up inspection, to check that the builder has completed all of the repairs and follow up of snagging for up to 2 months from the date of the 1st visit
